Thank you to all who came out to Weaver Ridge for the annual golf outing last Friday! And thank you to Golf Chair Adam Casson for organizing the event again this year. We have more great events coming up this month and we hope to see you all there.
Our next Coffee with the Bar is this Friday, October 9th, at 8:00am at Ardor. The Tenth Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Reception will be held October 26th at 5:00pm at the Renaissance Room in the Janssen Law Center.
Registration is open for the 23rd Annual Diversity Luncheon, which will be held October 28th at Spalding Pastoral Center. Chief Justice Neville of the Illinois Supreme Court will be the keynote speaker, so get your tickets now.
Finally, the Public Relations Committee is looking for volunteers to represent the PCBA at Greater Peoria Career Spark, which will be held at the Peoria Civic Center on October 28th and 29th. There are morning and afternoon shifts available, so contact Stephanie to volunteer and introduce local students to the practice of law!
Sincerely,
Katherine L. Swise
